Blackfriars House on The Parsonage was built in 1925 but this rooftop garden is a welcome recent addition for those that use the office spaces in Blackfriars. I am sure all local readers already know about the wonderful award-winning Skyliner site and its Manchester and Liverpool architecture tours run by Hayley Flynn, which I thoroughly recommend...
