Bridge over the River Weaver near Northwich in Cheshire.
Linking to Sunday Bridges.
It's a good day to be outside. You can read about my walks at Llangollen to the wonderful Pontcysyllte Aqueduct, (over the border just an hour's drive from Manchester) at the 4 Manchester Women blog.

I like the shot of this sturdy bridge but wasn't it possible to get the whole span of the bridge in the picture.
ReplyDeleteLooks a bit like a canal but of course the river round there is connected to the canals I think.
ReplyDeleteThe Weaver runs parallel to the canal and there's a boat lift at Anderton, and maybe other ways too. I preferred the close shot rather than the full span, which I did take as well ;-)
ReplyDeleteThat bridge has nice lines - and this is a fine image!
ReplyDelete«Louis» thanks you for contributing it to Sunday Bridges.
Nicely framed Chrissy and a great reflection.
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful reflections! I also liked that you did a close shot:)
ReplyDeleteIt's a great photograph of an awesome looking bridge and scene.
