The 5 day long RHS Flower Show at Tatton Park is known as The North’s great garden party. Flowers are only a part of it though. Here are some gold medal winning vegetables from Medwyns of Anglesey, (an island off of north Wales).
I still cannot believe the size of those giant leeks!

Perfection! The presentation is immaculate but I'm more impressed with the produce. How did they get them to grow so big and so uniformly? ...and so well behaved?
ReplyDeleteHave a relaxing weekend, Chrissy.
You have a mouthwatering collection of vegetables on display here, Chrissy.
ReplyDeleteAmazing! Beautiful vegetables Chrissy.
ReplyDeleteThis is gorgeous veg! I haven't seen perfection like it since I watched "Night of the Were Rabbit" with Wallace and Grommit and they veggies were made of clay!
ReplyDeleteNow I know what the job at Tatton Park that my mate (press snapper) mentioned the other day. Very impressive veggies!
ReplyDeleteUnreal in their size and perfection. The currents off of Wales must provide wonderful growing weather.
