Festive at the Fringe

We popped into Fringe Bar, opposite Band On The Wall in the Northern Quarter, last week. "A nice little boozer", as they say. I had an intriguing half of a ginger-infused pale ale. That, and the plum pudding beer at Gullivers on Oldham Street have kickctarted the drinking side to the festive season for me (along with mulled wine at the People's Assembly Against Austerity Xmas do on Tuesday).
