Like most of us hard working souls, Manchester Central Library gets a rare day off today... A thank you to all the library staff for all the poetry readings and other events, the internet use, the hours browsing and reading that I've enjoyed here in 2016.
Merry Christmas - may it be peaceful and may all the wealth flow from the undeserving to those that are in need.
The libraries here close down as well for two days over Christmas- and our main branch also features Shakespeare in stained glass.
