The 1966 World Cup tournament is being celebrated at the National Football Museum in Manchester. It's not just football, there's some fascinating social history there too (in a light touch kind of way) including this 1960s' living room. Best of all some lovely pennants from South American radio stations. I'll have to alert this to my colleagues attending next month's EDXC conference in Manchester which is all about radio broadcasting.
