Weekend Reflections: Squaring off the old...
Current day banks and offices dwarf their 19th century counterparts (which are often more characterful in my view) in the city's financial district. Bur the modern glass does make for some reflection opportunities, enabling me to take part in Weekend Reflections.
On their own, the older building would be a bit bland, and the new buildings would be too glossy, but when they are combined like this . . . we have synergy!
Love this brilliant composition, with modern buildings reflections!
ReplyDeleteHappy Sunday!

You are right about the reflections but the older building does look much more elegant than the all glass ones.
ReplyDeleteGreat light, great composition.
ReplyDeleteThe reflections at least give you many different views of the older, more elegant, building.
ReplyDeleteWow ! Perfect composition, well done !
