There's always something going on underneath these railway arches, which run for about a mile across the southern part of the city centre. This evening shoot could have been for a student production, but I have also seen filming here for soaps, sitcoms, dramas and music videos.
The "The Vegetarian" graffiti has been there for a few months, but unlike much graffiti, I do endorse this one's sentiments.
That's the thing about London hey Chrissy, you never know when you might find yourself in the middle of a movie shoot! Exciting!
ReplyDeleteIt's also the thing about MANCHESTER, Grace (although I was originally a Londoner I am a long time adopted Mancunian) ;-)
ReplyDeleteLovely photo of the hidden life of the city in action.
ReplyDeleteWhat does the Vegetarian graffiti refer to? The capital letter makes me think it refers to the magazine - but that can't be right, can it?
At first glance I decided that there were policemen under the bridge. So glad that I was wrong)!
ReplyDeleteI am not sure what the vegetarian grafitti refers to- it is on its own- and seems to be a random statement- possibly relating to the magazine of the same name- or perhaps an underground street artist of that name who I will look out for?
