Looking down on Whitworth Street
The view looking eastwards along Whitworth Street. Opened in 1899, it is named after the engineer Joseph Whitworth, whose works building was located on this street.
If it wasn't for the vehicles, this could be 100 years ago. Although maybe it would have had to be black & white.... you know what I mean! Nice shot, Chrissy.
Great shot! Love this street view.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great image Chrissy, big brown buildings, wide street, gives a good sense of size!
ReplyDeleteI really enjoy this view.
