Homelessness too has risen - by 34% since 2010 - with government welfare cuts to blame, says a new report (Joseph Rowntree Foundation / Crisis).

ReplyDeleteBeautiful lights, but the same is happening to our programs too - many people will be going hungry I'm afraid. It's awful.
